DOMESTIC SHIPPING - New Zealand
 I take great care to ensure that your ceramics are sent safely and quickly from my studio in Queenstown, New Zealand. Parcels are shipped in 1 - 2 business days.

I send all domestic orders with NZ Post via their overnight and economy services. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days from the shipment date to arrive, with an extra day for rural.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Australia & United States

I ship all parcels using the Fed Ex Priority Service either the day of the order is placed or the next day. Shipping times are usually 2 - 6 days. They are generally exceptionally fast and it's not uncommon for international customers to receive orders before domestic customers.
