Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • A return must be signalled via an email with 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact me at with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • I will provide you with a return number and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. A return shipping label will be provided.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless when an item has been damaged during transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
