Thanks for checking out the returns policy. I really want you to love your ceramics so if you're not totally satisfied I'm happy to offer the following refund policy.
Running a small business and selling hand made products is incredibly time intensive and I can only produce a small number of sets each week. For this reason I am happy to refund the cost of the product but am unable to refund the cost of shipping.
Please note: Shipping is around $35 USD to America. So the refund amount on a 9 set of domes is usually around $220 USD after the shipping fees have been deducted. Please keep this in mind.
Return Eligibility
- A return must be signalled via an email within 7 days of the order being delivered date.
- Items must be in their original condition (unless damaged in transit).
- Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact me at hello@sammayell.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- I will provide you with a return shipping label.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship Your Return:
- Ship the return to the address provided. A return shipping label will be provided.
Refunds
- Once your return is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless when an item has been damaged during transit.
Exchanges
- I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@sammayell.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at hello@sammayell.com with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

- Items marked as seconds
